The requirements for becoming an official member of Alpha Omega include:

Complete 3 service projects
Compile interview book of all active sisters
Attend the mandatory Cherub retreat (one-day event)
Attend weekly Bible study meetings (one absence permitted)
Pay one-time $75 dues (reduces to $50 once you're a sister)
Attend Cherub Induction ceremony and Sister Initiation ceremony
Make a paddle for your Big Sis
