In 1980, there were men. They were men of distinction, men of honor, but most of all they were Men Interested in Alpha. The formation of the M.I.A club at Winthrop University began what would be an ascension to the pinnacle of respect. Starting with a charter line of ten men, Xi Phi has continued to bring the best and brightest of men to Alpha. 

    With brothers hailing from Charleston to Cincinnati, and with honors such as Greek Man of the Year to the Assistant Regional Vice President, this chapter is a diverse blend of everything required of Alpha men. With almost 30 years of noble service to Winthrop University, the city of Rock Hill, the state of South Carolina, and of course to our beloved Alpha, Xi Phi continues its ascension to glory.
