For Those Seeking the Light of Alpha

Aspirants,

Greetings! We appreciate your interest in our dear fraternity. I strongly encourage each of you to research our organization via our national and chapter website and through the brothers of Xi Phi. During this time, please contact a brother and download our application using the link below. Pay close attention to our application process, requirements, fees, and attend our awareness seminar hosted each semester. Most importantly, reach out and become acquainted with all of the brothers in our chapter, as you will need their letters of recommendation to apply for membership. Let us all know you are interested!

Xi Phi takes pride in its membership intake, while believing in the quality of its members and not the quantity. We are first a brotherhood, but also a business in which we only select and recommend men who are seen upholding our principles. Alpha is a lifelong commitment, and every aspirant must be a man of good character, be actively involved in the Winthrop and Rock Hill community, possess leadership qualities, and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Please use discretion with your intentions of applying for membership. By all means be friendly, social, and professional during our interactions, but we ask that you approach us with seriousness in a private or semi-private setting when you have any questions or concerns about applying for membership into Alpha.

-You can request an application at ANY time, please contact a brother and do so! -

• Must have completed 12 credit hours at Winthrop University

• Minimum 2.5 GPA (Higher is strongly recommended)

• Must Attend an "Alpha Awareness Seminar"

• ALL Initiation & Application Fees

• (1) Recommendation from a Brother

• Memorandum of Understanding

• Proof of Voter Registration (copy)

• Official College Transcript

• Current Professional Resume
