Exercise Science Club

EXSC Club

The Exercise Science majors Club is open to all students enrolled in the EXSC degree program. The club sponsors a number of special events during the year including participation in SCAHPERD Convention, and American College of Sports Medicine conventions, fundraising and social activities during the year. The EXSC Club is a professional organization that allows students to begin to develop as professionals in the discipline by networking with other students on campus and across the state.

Purpose

The Purpose of the EXSC clus is to provide professional development and networking opportunities to students enrolled in the EXSC program. The focus is on developing professional friendships and relationships that will last a lifetime.

Objectives

1. To develop lifetime professional friendships and networks
2. To participate in a series of professional development and growth opportunities such as the Post Lecture, ACSM Convention, and other campus and regional activities. 
3. To participate in events of clubs and present at meeting  current nrewsworthy "exercise is medicine" information.
