SCI Region IV Conference, Registration Information
|
Registration Procedures.
1. Complete the conference registration form. If you had a composition or paper selected for inclusion on the conference, you will receive a hard copy of the registration form via mail, or you may download the form by clicking on the link below.
NOTE: All concerts and paper sessions are free and open to the public, however, if you are NOT presenting a work and wish to attend the SCI Memebers Banquet and Keynote Address, then registration is required.
2. Send an email confirmation stating that you plan to attend the conference to parksr@winthrop.edu. Please include your name and work/paper selected in he body of the email and 'SCI IV confirmation' in the subject line. If you are attending, but will not have a work presented, please mention this in your email.
3. If you indicated that you can supply performers, then inclusion in the conference is contingent on verification of performer availability. Please confirm performer availability by including the name and short bio (limit 200 words) of your performer(s) in the body of your confirmation email. Please note that guest performers are NOT required to pay the registration fee, however, if your performers wish to attend the SCI Members Banquet, then you will need to register them for the banquet only. 4. Attendance at the conference is required in order to have a composition or paper presented. The conference registration fee is $35 and includes the SCI Members Banquet and Keynote Address. Checks should be made out to “Winthrop University” with “SCI conference registration” on the item line. Please mail payment and a completed registration form to:
