Winthrop University's Resident Students' Association is actively involved in the state, regional, and national level. Memberships are held with the following:

Each year RSA attends numerous residence hall conferences. Active RSA members are eligible to attend. Conferences allow Winthrop Students to meet others from across the country and gather information about the latest trends in residential development. By attending programs, members bring vital information back to campus to share with the residential population. Members also have the opportunity to present programs they develop to showcase the talents and resources Winthrop has to offer. Any conference attendee can submit an application to present a program. The National Communications Coordinator organizes conference registration and delegation preparation.
