Hall Councils

Each Winthrop University Residence Hall is governed by a representative council, fostering a voice for the building's residents and providing an avenue for progress. Many councils provide programming, rental programs, and other services for their residents. Within RSA, each council is represented by the ability to have two voting members at meetings. Check your building for publicity for when and where your hall government meets.
