Please complete the application and submit it in a sealed envelope to the Mass Communication office in Johnson Hall, room 219 OR send it via campus mail (free) or U.S. Mail to:

If there will be more than one regular "host" on your show, each needs to complete an application. In this instance, please identify the other "co-hosts" in the designated space on the application. SUBMIT THESE APPLICATIONS STAPLED TOGETHER.
